You know you’ve had a good party when you wake up on a random couch or surrounded by random people you don’t know and have absolutely no recollection of the night before but you know it was awesome. At number 1 is at Spring Break in (Cancun, Mexico):
You’ve probably heard of spring break in many American movies and the craziness that accompanied with it. But this is truly an experience which every student once graduated should experience. For one week in the whole year the drunkest people in the world are college spring breakers and those who decide to trek to Cancun to party with them. Spring breakers here are the craziest drinking every day during the stay. Massive amounts of alcohol are consumed, leading to some potentially regrettable decisions but epic stories.
At number 2 is Ios, Greece:
This may be a tiny island located between the islands of Mykonos and Santorini but it has some crazy party scenes. Of all the islands this takes the prize for the best party island. During the summers people from all over the world flock to this place and drink from noon until the sun rises the next morning. During the day, everybody goes to the beaches and the booze flows freely. At night, the drunk vacationers head back to the town of Chora, where they continue with their heavy drinking at hostels and bars. Because the island is so tiny, a ferry must be taken to arrive at Ios, and even on the ferry alcohol is consumed by many of the passengers before they’ve even arrived at the island.
At number 3 is Ibiza, Spain:
“Woah, we’re going to Ibiza”, Remember that song by the Vengaboys. Well you know the place is awesome when they have their own party song. Ibiza thrives during the summer months and is definitely one of the most fun places to party. Tourists drinking all day at clubs along the beach keep you entertained, but what really stands out are the nightclubs.How are they different you may ask? Well, Every club has top-notch DJ’s that play your favorite songs to help you party hard until sun up every night of the week. Ibiza is not only the electronic music capital of the world but also holds the biggest club in the world.
At number 4 is Las Vegas, USA:
Also known as sin city, Vegas has got to be one the most popular and crazy party destinations. It is known for their crazy pool parties. When night falls pools start to clear out as partygoers head back to their hotel rooms to prepare for the long night ahead. Las Vegas is truly an experience like no other after all “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.”
At number 5 is Mallorca, Spain:
Spain really knows how to party taking in two spots on our list. Although not as famous as Mallorca, it may be just as much fun as its neighboring party island. The bars are in a very compact area, and while the venues may be a bit on the small side the people attending are some of the craziest parties in the world. Another thing that makes this place different is the diversity of cultures. There are Swedes, British, Australians, Germans, French, Americans, and every other European nationality you can imagine all partying and having fun in unison.
At number 6 is Mardi Gras (New Orleans, USA):
Even though Las Vegas is known as sin city, this festival is truly sinful. This annual festival which takes place on Fat Tuesday has the reputation of being one of the most out of control parties in the world. It’s known to be the wild cause of its alcohol consumption on the streets, girls are flashing their breasts for beads, and people are dressed up in crazy costumes. Mardi Gras is often referred to as the “Greatest Free Show On Earth,” because of the abundant free parades and constant circus atmosphere.
At number 7 is Beirut, Lebanon:
This place may come as a shock to you but Beirut is a beautiful coastal city that has great parties all summer long from early afternoon until sun up the next morning. Many of the big clubs in Beirut are of the rooftop variety and light up the night all over the city. The atmosphere and music of rooftop clubs enhance the partying and drinking each night.
At number 8 is Carnival (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil):
Y’all may have seen the parade on TV but it’s nothing compared to being in the midst of it all. Over a million people attend Carnival in Rio de Janeiro each year making it the largest carnival and parade in the world. It’s a 5-day extravagance ending on Fat Tuesday just before Lent. The carnival has big floats with half naked girls dancing around in extravagant costumes. Many of the dancers and floats take months to prepare so when parading down the streets they are perfect.
